Once part 3D designs got done and confirmed by customer, moulds 3D design can be processed. In order to make the perfect mould 3D design ready as soon as possible, we need to know the following informations: 1. Injection machine specification, the clamping force, injection weight, platen drawing (location ring, KO drawing), etc. 2. Plastic material specification: shinkage rate, flow rate, etc.

Steel cutting --> CNC milling tooling --> Holes Drilling --> CNC engraving tooling --> Deep holes drilling --> EDM --> Polishing --> Mould test.

IV. Vacuum Cleaner Toy Mould test

Mould test need to use same plastic raw material, especially on the plastic raw material shrinkage rate, flow rate, etc. We take mould test video and send it to customer to view. And we will send the mould test samples to inspect the quality. But for the big parts mould test samples, normally we don't send the samples to customer to check the quality. Customer can come to our factory to check the mould trail, another way customer can order courier to collect the samples package from our company.
