Our engineers work closely with clients to design the perfect flowerpot mould geometry. Using advanced CAD (SolidWorks, UG NX), we optimize wall thickness, rib structures, and drainage features for plastic injection moulding.
We simulate flow and cooling to prevent warpage, ensuring efficient moulding cycles. Every detail – from rim aesthetics to bottom hole placement – is tailored to your target flower pot series.




















Precision flowerpot mould design determines productivity. Our team designs parting lines, runner systems, and cooling channels for high-cavitation moulds (2/4/8 cavities).
We focus on high wear resistance using tool steel (P20, 718H, NAK80). The design phase includes full assembly drawings and ejector system calculation for smooth demolding.
Our facility houses 5-axis CNC, high-speed milling, EDM and wire EDM machines. Each flowerpot mould component is machined with tolerances up to +-0.01mm.
We follow strict heat treatment and surface finishing (mirror polish, texture) to guarantee durability for millions of shots. In-process inspection ensures every core/cavity meets spec.
Before mass production, we perform rigorous trial molding on injection machines (160T - 1000T). Our technicians fine-tune parameters: temperature, pressure, injection speed to achieve perfect filling for the flowerpot mould.
Real-time monitoring detects short shots, sink marks, or flash. We provide a detailed trial report and video documentation.
After successful trial, we showcase actual samples produced by the flowerpot mould. These parts demonstrate surface finish, dimensional accuracy, and strength.
We send sample shots to customers for approval before moving to mass production. Multiple colors and surface textures can be evaluated at this stage.

Safe delivery of your flowerpot mould is our priority. Moulds are carefully cleaned, anti-rust oil applied, and wrapped with VCI film. Robust wooden crates (or steel cases) are used for ocean/air freight.
