1. Plastic chair mould product design.

   Most of chair 3D designs are made by us. A few clients provide chair 3D designs. Normally make 3D design according client's sample. 100% same with sample or make little modification. 

   
   

   
   

2. Chair mould 3D mould design.

This is surely our mould factory job. But we will send the mould design to client to check it. First need to check mold sizes. Mold sizes have to fit the injection machine. Second, check mold structure. Normally we design mould with mostly reasonable structure, but some client have their own idea on the mold structure. So when client send us mold design feedback, if we find the mould design modification request is reasonable, we will make the modification accordingly. 

3. Chair mould steel.

Chair mould core, cavity and sliders normally made with P20H, 718H or 45# forging steel. Before steel delivered to our factory, they have to be done crack detection to avolid steel with crack and sand eye. Meanwhile will check the steel hardness. 

 Once found steel have quality problem, steel supplier have to provide us new and good quality steel. So   every set chair mould made by us quality can be insure.

4. Premium Plastic Eames Fashion Chair Mould Machining

Mainly tooling process include: Milling machine tooling, high speed cnc engraving tooling or high speed milling machine tooling, deep hole drilling, etc. 

5. Premium Plastic Eames Fashion Chair Mould test.

After all the tooling finished, and mould assembled, we can start to make the mould test. 

After chair mould tested, we will send the mold test sample to client to check the quality. Some client prefer to check the moulds test in our factory, this is best way to confirm the mould quality.
